Commercial dealership and service-shop redevelopment in Inglewood, Ontario.
Civil engineering submission package
From existing conditions to an approval-ready civil package.
The project supported redevelopment of a 2,132 m² property into a one-storey automobile dealership and service shop. The coordinated package addressed finished grades, municipal utility connections, stormwater management and construction-phase erosion control for a constrained Highway 10 frontage site.

Yes. We prepare coordinated engineering drawings and reports, support permit or site-plan submissions, and respond to technical review comments within our authorized scope. Final approval remains with the municipality or reviewing agency.
03Do you provide signed and sealed engineering documents?
Where professional engineering is required, documents are reviewed and sealed by an appropriately licensed Ontario professional engineer who takes responsibility for the work within their area of competence.
04When is an Ontario Land Surveyor required?
Legal boundary determination, survey monuments and formal plans of survey must be completed by an Ontario Land Surveyor. We can use suitable survey information as the basis for civil design and coordinate with the survey professional when required.
05Where does Keystone provide services?
Keystone Engineering is based in Mississauga and supports suitable projects throughout Ontario. Project availability is confirmed after an initial review of the location, scope and required approvals.
